This Agreement is made and entered into the 1st day of October 2021 by and between Martin County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, (hereinafter referred to as the County) and Teamsters Local Union No. 769, (hereinafter referred to as the Union). Said Agreement becoming effective following ratification by the Union and approval by the Martin County Board of County Commissioners.
