This Agreement between the Board of Trustees of the University System of New Hampshire for Keene State College (hereinafter called the “College”) and the Keene State College Education Association, an affiliate of the National Education Association of New Hampshire (hereinafter called the “Association” or “KSCEA”) is made and entered into on December 16, 2021, to set forth agreements reached between the College and the Association with respect to wages, hours, benefits and other conditions of employment for employees in the bargaining unit described in Article I, Recognition, which are effective December 16, 2021.
