On October 10, 2023, the City of Panama City (City) entered into an agreement awarding Hagerty Consulting, Inc. (Hagerty) a time and materials (T&M) contract for Disaster Recovery Consultant Services. At the City’s request, Hagerty is pleased to provide this proposal for the continued conformance support of 14 HMGP funded grants. Since 2019 Hagerty has been a partner with the City in developing award winning grants and providing conformance support for more than $50 million for Hurricane Michael, Hurricane Sally, and COVID-19 grants.
