On October 10, 2023, the City of Panama City (City) entered into an agreement awarding Hagerty Consulting, Inc. (Hagerty) a time and materials (T&M) contract for Disaster Recovery Consultant Services. At the City’s request, Hagerty is pleased to provide this proposal for the continued conformance support of 13 CDBG-DR funded grants under the General Infrastructure (GIP), Hometown Revitalization (HRP), and Voluntary Home Buyout (VHB) programs. Since 2020 Hagerty has been a partner with the City in developing award winning grants and providing conformance support for more than $135 million in CDBG-DR grants.

Since 2019 Hagerty has been a partner with the City in developing award winning grants and providing conformance support for more than $50 million for Hurricane Michael, Hurricane Sally, and COVID-19 grants.
