THIS WORK ORDERis tendered subject to the terms of the Text Messaging Platform License Agreement be- tween Signal Vine, Inc., a Modern Campus Company (“Vendor”) and Texas A&M University College of Veteri- nary Sciences (“Customer”) dated February 7, 2017 (the “Agreement”). Customer’s execution of this Work Order indicates that Customer has read, understood, and accepted that the terms of the Agreement are hereby incorpo- rated into this Work Order. The terms of this Work Order, when duly accepted, shall control if there is a conflict with the terms of the Agreement.
