This Text Messaging Platform License Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made by and between Signal Vine, Inc. (the “Vendor”) and the City College of San Francisco (the “Customer”), effective November 1st, 2021 (the “Effective Date”). The Vendor and Customer are the Parties to this Agreement, and each is a Party. The terms of this Agreement shall apply to each Platform license granted by the Vendor under this Agreement and identified on one or more Work Orders.
