Contract Type FiledJune 10th, 2021By signing, you are acknowledging receipt of this Agreement, review and acceptance of the clubhouse rental responsibilities (on Page 2). The Harborside resident must be present during the rental of the clubhouse. The renter is directly responsible for all damages incurred during the rental. The renter HOA does not provide a cleaning service. The renter is responsible for cleaning prior to and after the event. Please be sure of the following: (1) the clubhouse including bathrooms must be left clean at the end of your rental; (2) the floors must be vacuumed and mopped [vacuum and mop are in storage room with the tables/chairs]; (3) furniture in the main room, folding tables and chairs and kitchen area put back where it belongs; (4) all tables, countertops, refrigerator and kitchen sinks cleaned; (5) trash can be emptied; (6) and all doors locked.
