The Provider, in consideration of the Commissioned Sum, agrees: to provide the Services in accordance with this Agreement to use the Commissioned Sum solely for the purpose of providing the Services in delivering the Services to adopt the Service Values set out in Schedule 2 . to achieve the targets set out in Schedule 3. to comply with the terms of monitoring set out in Schedule 3. to comply with the general conditions set out in Schedule 4.
