In accordance with the requirements of the Plutonium Finishing Plant (PFP) Agreement in Principle, the State of Washington Department of Ecology (Ecology), the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) (Parties) have concluded negotiations on the Hanford Federal Facility Agreement and Consent Order (Tri-Party Agreement) Section 8 commitments for transition and selected disposition activities for PFP.
