This Agreement is made and entered into by and between Group Health Cooperative, hereinafter referred to as the “Employer,” and Office and Professional Employees International Union Local Nos. 8 and 23, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the “Union.” The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the understandings reached between the parties with respect to wages, hours of work, and conditions of employment for employees of the Employer who are represented by the Union as set forth in Article 1.
