This Development Agreement for the Valley Vista Center Project (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into, effective as of the day of , 2020, by and between the City of Leander, Texas, a Texas home rule municipal corporation (the “City”), and Tesch Development & Mgmt Co (the “Developer”), SJA, LLC (“SJZ”), and Bacon Ranch Properties, Inc (“Bacon Ranch”) (collectively, the “Owners”).
