RESOLUTIONProjects Agreement • July 1st, 2015
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Tulsa County, Oklahoma (hereinafter called the "County"), and the Tulsa County Industrial Authority, an Oklahoma public trust (hereinafter called the "Authority"), entered into a certain Projects Agreement (hereinafter called the "Agreement"), dated March 1, 2013, whereby the County agrees to make payments to the Authority in amounts sufficient to pay when due principal and interest on the Authority's Capital Improvement Revenue Bonds, Series 2013 and other obligations of the Authority therein described as therein provided; and
