This Cooperative Funding Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the day of August, 2011, by and among The Narragansett Electric Company d/b/a National Grid (“National Grid”), the Rhode Island Department of Transportation (“RIDOT”), the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (“RIDEM”), the City of East Providence (“East Providence”) and the City of Providence (“Providence”) (East Providence and Providence collectively referred to as the “Cities”), and the Rhode Island Attorney General, Peter F.
