This Agreement shall be legally binding and irrevocable for both the College and the Employee with respect to amounts paid while employment continues. However, either party may terminate this Agreement as of the end of any pay period, so that it will not apply to wages subsequently paid, by giving at least thirty (30) days written notice of the date of termination.
