This Agreement is entered into as of the 1st day of July 2015, by and between the Council Rock Board of School Directors (Board) on behalf of the Council Rock School District (District) and the Council Rock Educational Support Professional Association (CRESPA), hereinafter called the “Association”. The parties agree that the term Professional as used in this Agreement does not grant rights under the Pennsylvania School Code of 1949 Title 24-Education other than what has been bargained herein or incorporated by past practice.
