In this agreement, the term “Exhibitor” means all employees and/or subcontractors of employees and the “Exhibition” means the HAC 2018 Convention and Trade Show taking place at the Vancouver Convention Centre – West, November 1 – 4, 2018. “HAC” means Helicopter Association of Canada, its employees and contractors.
