The Board of Directors of BTM Resources Berhad (“BTM”) wishes to announce that Besut Tsuda Wood Products Sdn. Bhd. (“BTWP”) a wholly-owned subsidiary of BTM has on 15 January 2013 entered into a Log Supply Agreement with Gimzan Plywood Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 199260-P) (“GPSB”) for the purchase of log over a period of two (2) years from 1st January 2013.
