This LOG SUPPLY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Potlatch RetainCo, LLC (“Supplier”), a Delaware limited liability company, and Clearwater Paper Corporation (“Buyer”), a Delaware corporation, as of , 2008 (the “Effective Date”).
