The agreement covers the hosting and support of Eli for client [CLIENT]. Eli is a registered trademark and product owned and operated by CAThree Ltd (CA3). This agreement is only valid for Eli installations installed on a dedicated server. This agreement remains valid until revised, and will be reviewed annually, with further reviews in the case of a breach of this agreement. There is a section for mutually endorsed minor changes at the end of this document.
