This Development Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into, by and between the CITY OF PUYALLUP, a Washington municipal corporation ("City''), and the CENTRAL PUGET SOUND REGIONAL TRANSIT AUTHORITY ("Sound Transit"), a regional transit authority. For and in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the City and Sound Transit do hereby agree as follows regarding the Sound Transit Puyallup Station Access Improvements Project (the “Project”).
