This Edge Delta Master Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Edge Delta, Inc. a Delaware corporation (“Edge Delta”), and you ("Customer") apply to the purchase of subscriptions for the Edge Delta Service. By clicking on the appropriate button, or by downloading, installing, accessing or using the services, you agree to this Agreement or, if earlier, when you access or use the Service (the “Effective Date”). If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of Customer, you represent that you have the authority to bind Customer. If you do not agree to this Agreement, or if you are not authorized to accept this Agreement on behalf of the Customer, do not download, install, access, or use the Edge Delta Service.
