This Edge Delta Master Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Edge Delta, Inc. a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at the address identified above (“Edge Delta”), the customer specified in an applicable Order for Edge Delta products or services (the “Customer”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which Edge Delta agrees to provide, and Customer agrees to obtain, access to the Edge Delta technologies and online services described in an applicable Order.

This Edge Delta Master Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Edge Delta, Inc. a Delaware corporation (“Edge Delta”), and you ("Customer") apply to the purchase of subscriptions for the Edge Delta Service. By clicking on the appropriate button, or by downloading, installing, accessing or using the services, you agree to this Agreement or, if earlier, when you access or use the Service (the “Effective Date”). If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of Customer, you represent that you have the authority to bind Customer. If you do not agree to this Agreement, or if you are not authorized to accept this Agreement on behalf of the Customer, do not download, install, access, or use the Edge Delta Service.
