THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the _____ day of _______________, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Kanab City, a Utah municipal corporation (the “City”), and MW - Kanab LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Developer”). The City and Developer may be hereinafter collectively referred to as “Parties,” and individually as a “Party.”
