This Dealer Agreement is between Patagonia Provisions, Inc., a California corporation ("Patagonia"), whose address is 1750 Bridgeway A201, Sausalito, California 94965, and ("Dealer") whose address is , dated as indicated below. Dealer has submitted a Dealer Application ("Application") to Patagonia, attached as Exhibit A and incorporated by reference, requesting Patagonia to accept Dealer as a seller of Patagonia products and other products Patagonia distributes on the terms and conditions below.
