, 2023, by and between the City of Issaquah, a Washington municipal corporation (“City”) and IHIF Commercial, L.L.C., a Washington limited liability company (“Owner”), collectively the “Parties”. This Agreement applies to approximately 21.46 acres of Owner’s land located in the Issaquah Highlands as shown on the map attached to this Agreement as Attachment 1; and, as legally described in Attachment 2 (the “Property”).
