THIS AMENDMENT NO. 3 is entered into by and between the Texas Facilities Commission, a state agency (hereinafter referred to as “TFC”), as Owner (as defined in 2015 Uniform General Conditions, Section 1.28) and Sunland Group, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “SSE”) (collectively referred to as the “parties”), to amend the Agreement for Site Environmental / Engineering Services (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”), as amended.
