THIS AMENDMENT NO. 5 (hereinafter referred to as “Amendment No. 5) is entered into by and between the Texas Facilities Commission, a state agency (hereinafter referred to as “TFC”), as Owner (as defined in 2015 Uniform General Conditions, Section 1.28) and Sunland Group, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “SSE”) (hereinafter referred to individually as “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties”), to amend Site Environmental / Engineering Services Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”), as amended.
