This agreement entered into by and between Regional District #13 Board of Education, State of Connecticut (hereinafter referred to as "the Board"), Connecticut Health Care Associates District 1199, NUHHCE, AFSCME, AFL-CIO (hereinafter referred to as "the Union") has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations between the Board and the Union; the establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences; and establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, working privileges or benefits or any other matters that come within the general meaning of the terms, working conditions or conditions of employment.
