This Development Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on this 13th day of August, 2024 ("Effective Date"), by and between the CITY OF LEAVENWORTH, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Washington ("City"), and WA Leavenworth Meadows, LLC, a foreign limited liability company registered to do business in the State of Washington ("Developer") (City and Developer are each sometimes referred to herein individually as a "Party" and, together, as the "Parties").
