This document certifies that the faculty advisory named below has agreed to serve as the Thesis Advisor for the student named below. This document also certifies that the faculty member authorizes the student named to sign up for thesis hours (FLME 6995 Thesis Production for Moving Image Production Students and FLME 6990 Thesis Research for Moving Image Studies Students). Once completed please submit the document to the Graduate Director for approval.
