The purpose of this attachment to the existing Limited Use Agreement (LUA) is to address the U.S. Marshals Service's need to exceed the estimated prisoner days and cost indicated in the agreement. Note that this is not a new contractual agreement but merely notification that original LUA estimates are insufficient to meet current U.S. Marshals Service juvenile housing demands.
