Member expressly agrees that all use of the facilities and equipment shall be undertaken by member at his/her sole risk. The Cory Lakes Community Development District and their successors and assigns shall not be liable for any injuries, damage or loss due to injury or property loss or damage occurring from use or occupancy of the facility whether on the premises or in any parking or access area adjacent to the facility. Member agrees to hold harmless and not to sue the The Cory Lakes Community Development District with respect to any cause of action as a result of the above-mentioned terms.
