REIMBURSABLE SPACE ACT AGREEMENT BETWEENReimbursable Space Act Agreement • January 13th, 2023
This Agreement shall be for the purpose of NASA providing subject matter expertise and performing tasks to complete NASA Standard Initiator (NSI) and Detonator (NSD) certification of Partner-owned pyrotechnic materials, and/or allowing direct acquisition by the Partner of post-production, post-certification production overages. The Partner will acquire all the pyrotechnic materials used in this Agreement and will do so only from NASA-approved manufacturer(s) (NAM). At the time of the signing of this Agreement the NAM is Chemring Energetic Devices, Inc., 2525 Curtiss St, Downers Grove, IL 60515. During the period of this Agreement NASA may select other or additional NAMs. The NAM(s) are not considered a NASA Related Entity under this Agreement.
