THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into this day of , 2018 between AVONDALE RESIDENTIAL, LLC, a Georgia Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as “Icon Residential”), and the CITY OF AVONDALE ESTATES, GEORGIA, a Georgia Municipal Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “City”). Icon Residential and the City may hereinafter be referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
