Measurement guidelines are specified in Sections C.2, Technical Requirements, and C.3, Management and Operations. The performance objectives are based on Key Performance Indicators and Acceptable Quality Levels specified in Section C.2. The credit arrangements are specified in Attachment J.13.4; and suggested forms for requesting credit if the contractor fails to meet a performance objective are described in Attachment J.13.5, Networx Credit Notification Forms.
