This Tentative Agreement entered into the 13th day of January, 2006, by and between Allegheny Energy Service Corporation on behalf of Allegheny Energy Supply, LLC and The Potomac Edison Company and West Penn Power Company doing business as Allegheny Power, hereinafter referred to as the “Company” and the Utility Workers Union of America, AFL-CIO, on and in behalf of Local No. 102, hereinafter referred to as the “Union”, subject to approval by the UWUA System Local 102 Executive Board and subsequent ratification by the membership unless otherwise provided below, what is referred to as the Local 102 General Labor Agreement (effective May 1, 2001), will remain in full force and effect as follows:
