Town of York, Maine (“Town”) for the construction, maintenance and use of the trail network as shown on the approved subdivision plans for the McIntire Woods Condominium. This agreement shall be attached to and incorporated into the Declaration of Condominium for the McIntire Woods Condominium (the “Condominium”) to be recorded in the York County Registry of Deeds.
