THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this October 1, 2024 by and between the SHERIFF OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, located within the County of Broward, State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as “Sheriff or “BSO“), and the INTERNATIONAL UNION OF POLICE ASSOCIATIONS, (AFL-CIO) (hereinafter referred to as “IUPA” or “Bargaining Unit”), as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative of the employees within the certified bargaining unit.
