This agreement entered into by the Acton-Boxborough Regional School Committee (the “School Committee”) and Local #1703, Massachusetts State Council 93, American Federation of State, County and Municipal employees, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the Union, has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations between the committee and the union; the establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences; and the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work and other conditions of employment.
