In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Langley Research Center, located at Langley Research Center, Hampton, VA 23681 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA LaRC") and Airflow Sciences Corporation located at 12190 Hubbard Street, Livonia, MI 48150-1737 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "Airflow Sciences"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
