This Agreement is effective January 1, 2024, by and between NOVA Technologies an Employee Owned Engineering Company, hereafter referred to as the "Company”, District Lodge 171, and Local Lodge 463 (LL) of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, hereafter referred to as the "Union". In making this Agreement the Company and the Union recognize their duty individually and collectively to comply and cooperate with the intent and purpose of this Agreement. This Agreement expresses the complete understanding of the parties on the subject of wages, benefits, hours of labor, and conditions of employment.
