By downloading, accessing and/or using the desktop software product (“Software”), the Software-as-a- Service product (“SaaS Service”) and, in each case, the accompanying user guides, technical manuals, and other end user documentation (the “Documentation”, and, together with the Software and SaaS Service, the “Trial Products”) requested by and provided to you on a free trial basis by Revvity Signals Software, Inc. (“Revvity”) hereunder, you (a) acknowledge that you have read and understand this Free Trial License Agreement (the “Agreement”); (b) accept this Agreement and agree that this Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Revvity; and (c) represent and warrant that (i) you have the right, power, and authority to agree to this Agreement, and (ii) if you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you have the legal authority to bind that legal entity and the Users (as defined below) to this Agreement, and “you” or “Custome
