By downloading, accessing and/or using the desktop software product (“Software”), the Software-as-a- Service product (“SaaS Service”) and, in each case, the accompanying user guides, technical manuals, and other end user documentation (the “Documentation”, and, together with the Software and SaaS Service, the “Trial Products”) requested by and provided to you on a free trial basis by Revvity Signals Software, Inc.
