AGREEMENT FOR THROUGHPUT AND FORWARDING SERVICE (the AGREEMENT) concluded as of 2014 BETWEEN «ХХХХХХ AND OJSC «Oil Company “Rosneft», whose registered office is at 115035, Russia, Moscow, Sofiyskaya naberezhnaya, 26/1, hereinafter referred to as the “CLIENT” as represented by Karimov Otabek ting in accordance with the letter of attorney № ИС-978/Д dd 01.12.2014, on the other part.
