Washington St., South Bend, Indiana 46617 ("Hibberd Development"), and Hibberd Realty, Inc., an Indiana corporation with its registered office at 1329 E. Washington St., South Bend, Indiana 46617 ("Hibberd Realty") (each, a "Party," and collectively, the "Parties").
