The following terms and conditions constitute a contract for room and board at the Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity, 2725 Channing Way, Berkeley, California (the “House”). The House is owned by Nu of Tau Kappa Epsilon, a Public Benefit Corporation (the “Housing Corporation”).
