THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of , 2019, by and among the COUNTY OF ALBEMARLE, VIRGINIA, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia (the “County”), the ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF ALBEMARLE, VIRGINIA (the “EDA”) a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and CROZET NEW TOWN ASSOCIATES, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (the “Developer”). The EDA, the County and the Developer are collectively the “Parties.”
