This Agreement as to wages, hours and working conditions is entered into by and between the Monroe Board of Education (hereinafter the “Board”) and the Monroe Board of Education School Nurses, United Public Service Employees Union, Local 424, Unit 43 (hereinafter the “Union”) and shall be binding upon both parties hereto for the term hereof and until terminated or amended as hereinafter provided.
