This DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into this day of , 202 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Redmond (“City”), a Washington municipal corporation, and Stellar Overlake Terrace, LLC (“Owner”), a Delaware limited liability company. The City and Owner are referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
