REIMBURSABLE SPACE ACT AGREEMENT BETWEENReimbursable Space Act Agreement • April 19th, 2022
In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Glenn Research Center, located at 21000 Brookpark Road, Cleveland, OH 44135 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA GRC") and LORD Corporation, a subsidiary of Parker- Hannifin Corporation, Engineered Materials Group, Noise Vibration and Harshness Division located at 110 LORD Drive, Cary, NC 27511-7917 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "Parker LORD, NVH Division"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
